Alloy 200

Alloy 200, Nickel 200, commercial pure nickel

ALLOY 200, also known as Nickel 200, is a nickel alloy with a purity of 99.6% nickel. This nickel-based low alloy is renowned for its exceptional durability, long-lasting nature, and resistance to corrosion. This makes it ideal for a range of uses in various industries. People regard it as one of the most durable metals globally.

Nickel 200 is a robust substance. with high thermal and electrical conductive. It possesses low vapor pressure and minimal gas content, and it is non-magnetic.

Nickel 200 is a strong and reliable material used in tough conditions. Alloy 201 is similar to 200 but has less carbon, making it suitable for high temperatures.

The chemical composition and above properties of alloy 200 make it easy to process. You can forge Alloy 200 into any required shape by hot working, and you can also cool and shape it by any method. Alloy 200 also exhibits good welding performance and can undergo welding through processes like brazing and soldering.

Alloy 200 resists corrosion well in neutral and alkaline solutions, especially in strong alkaline solutions like caustic alkalies.
