Inconel 625 (Alloy 625, UNS 06625)It is a Ni-Cr based solid solution strengthening deformation high-temperature alloy, which is a solid solution strengthening nickel based deformation high-temperature alloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. It has good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 ℃, good processing and welding performance, excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and resistance to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, Inconel625 can be widely used in the manufacturing of aviation engine components, aerospace structural components, and chemical equipment.
Inconel625 alloy has a low corrosion rate in both marine and non marine environments, good resistance to seawater corrosion, resistance to various salt solutions, good corrosion resistance to HNO3 and H3PO4, and corresponding resistance to HCl and low concentration H2SO4 heated below the boiling point. After long-term use at 550-700 ℃, the alloy undergoes aging hardening, which can lead to a slight decrease in the plasticity of Inconel625 alloy.
