Monel K-500 Sheets and Plates @southerly alloy
Monel K500 is a nickel-copper alloy that has its strength and hardness increased by the addition of aluminum and titanium.
Monel K500 sheets and plates have higher strength and hardness than Monel 400. Therefore, Alloy K500 is often used for parts that require high strength and corrosion resistance, such as pipe fittings (flanges, valves, tees, etc.), rather than for plates like Monel 400.

- Greater strength and hardness compared to Monel 400

- Good mechanical properties from sub-zero temperatures up to about 480°C
